Why?

I just don't understand it. Why would someone want to live a mediocre life when they could have it so much better? Why would you live without knowing the great feeling of learning from your mistakes? If you make a mistake, try and pick yourself up. Do not just accept the fact that you aren't going to succeed. For once, try and make something of yourself. Do not just live in the shadows of your peers. That is the most ridiculous thing a person can do. Live your own life and learn from your mistakes. Accepting failure is just a stepping stone to moving foward to conquer failure. As soon as you accept your failure, you will be able to start learning from your small mistakes. And from there, you will understand how to overcome the big mistakes in your life. I believe that you will be a happier person if you can learn to accept your failure. Accepting failure has its up's and down's, but I feel that it will lead to even greater things, don't you?

  1. Well, some people fail on purpose, because they have a fear of failing. I believe that these types of people are happy how they are, because they are living their life how they want. Even though some of these people will regret failng on purpose, they will eventually learn from the biggest mistake they have had in the past...failing on purpose.

  2. I failed at the state computer fair, but I'm going to make an even better project for next year! I'm not going to let the failure bring me down... But you're right, I don't understand it either.

  3. I agree with you on this topic. Life teaches one nothing but lessons. People should learn from their mistakes if they want to succeed in life. It's a waste of time if one keeps repeating the same mistake over and over again.

  4. Sometimes if I fail and I don't accept it, that's the only thing I think about. The failure is constantly on my mind, making me unable to do anything else except think about how I failed. That's why I agree with you, by eventually accepting that I've failed I can move on with my life. I've learned that I need to just get over things and accept that sometimes I may not succeed, but that's perfectly fine. By accepting my failure I'm a much happier person.
